Support Groups

The Depression Support Network run the following support groups within Christchurch:

• Adult Depression Support (we also offer a support group in Ashburton)
• Tikanga Maori
• Youth

In the past, we have also run a Men’s group.

Additionally, we also run a light community lunch every Friday.
